Aaron Harrison brings 10 years of experience advising small businesses and their owners on wealth and succession planning issues, including the creation and implementation of effective business succession and estate plans.

After spending 8 years practicing law in Medina, Ohio, advising sophisticated clients on matters including corporate counseling and capital structure, succession planning and estates and trusts Aaron transitioned to the financial services industry working directly with the higher net worth clients of a super-regional bank before joining Dorman Legacy Advisors in April, 2015.

In addition to his experience counseling clients regarding wealth and succession matters, Aaron brings a track record of providing superior customer service. He prides himself on anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations.

Aaron is a past president of the Medina County Bar Association, where he served as a member of the executive committee for five years and is also past president of the Medina County Estate Planning Council. He remains a member of both organizations as well as a member of the Medina County Law Library and the Ohio State Bar Association.

Together with his family, Aaron is an active supporter of various non-profit organizations including Medina County 4-H and other local youth enrichment programs and a member of the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation.

Aaron was raised on a farm in northwest Ohio. He received his B.A from Ohio Northern University and his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University. He currently resides in Medina with his wife Kelly, and their two children, Lincoln and Lucille.

Bernard is a member of the Skylight Financial Group Special Needs Planning Team, serving families, businesses and organizations with a focus on their special needs. Bernard accomplishes this through the use of comprehensive, integrated financial planning that provides education, resources and financial strategies. Bernard joined the financial services industry in 1996 and is a Chartered Financial Consultant, a Chartered Life Underwriter, Certified Family Business Specialist and a Chartered Special Needs Consultant.

He was named Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual) Leader's Qualifier in 2002-2012. In 2005-2007, 2011 and 2012, Bernard was a MassMutual Blue Chip qualifier. He has been an MDRT qualifier since 2002-2012. In addition, Bernard is a member of Skylight Financial Group's Advisory Group. Bernard was named the Gold Associate of the Year in 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2011 and 2012. In 2009, Bernard was named Silver Associate of the Year and in 2010 he was named the Bronze Associate of the Year from Skylight Financial Group.

Bernard is a Past President of the Cleveland Society of Financial Service Professionals and is also a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) Cleveland Chapter and the Estate Planning Council. Bernard has had articles published in Smart Business News, Crain's and The Cleveland Women's Journal, and he participated in "Ask the Expert" in The Plain Dealer's Business Section. He has spoken at other MassMutual Agencies around the country, Skylight Financial Group Agency meetings, and at NAIFA-Cleveland meetings.

A graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, he has volunteered with numerous nonprofit organizations, including the March of Dimes and Art Therapy Studio. He currently serves on the board of Youth Challenge. He also serves as Vice-President of the Michael Carter Foundation. Bernard, his wife Lori and their daughter Hanna reside in Westlake. Kathryn Bryan, Ph.D. a native of Medina, Ohio, graduated with a B.S. in psychology from Baldwin-Wallace College in 2000 and went on to receive her M.A. and Ph.D. from Kent State University in behavioral neuroscience. Over the past five years, Kathryn has served as a postdoctoral research fellow and research associate at the Cleveland Clinic, Case Western Reserve University, and the Cleveland VA Medical Center.

She changed careers to work with Skylight Financial Group, specifically working with physicians, families with special needs, and small businesses to make sure that they have both the education and comprehensive plan to reach their financial goals. Kathryn is an active member of the community and has served as the President for the B-W women’s club, serves on the board of the Renee Jones Empowerment center, and actively volunteers within the special needs community.

Mike Piechowiak joined the Dorman Legacy Advisors team in 2014.  With a strong background in group benefit consulting and public safety, Mike brings a unique perspective to financial services.

Mike began his career working with groups and individuals on benefit consulting where his customer focus was a way to set him apart from others.  Recruited to the financial services world in 2012, Mike found engaging clients in the planning process complimented his skillset and desire to provide them with an opportunity to make well-informed decisions concerning their financial goals through education and self-assessment.

As an active member in the fire service over the past ten years, Mike has put those safety and communication skills to work for the good of the community.  Mike is a 2005 graduate of Ashland University and received a second degree in marketing from Walsh University in 2012.

Mike lives in Medina, Ohio with his wife and their two daughters.  Mike enjoys golf, motorcycles and is an avid Cleveland sports fan.
